“Knox Knows Homes? You bet your ass he does. The 20+ year agent I started with had an injury and let me out of my agreement. I met Craig on Zillow - should have been a slam dunk - I already wanted to offer on the house, but he insisted he see it with me. Then I learned years on the job does not mean competence or that an agent has your best interest. Craig refused to let me buy the house, and boy oh boy, he found things the other agent didn’t even look for - major issues - major costs, and found me a cheaper, better house. He is extremely knowledgeable about every neighborhood in the Pittsburgh area and was able to help us find the perfect spot, exactly nearby everywhere we wanted to be. He was able to offer us services such as Facetime calls, photos, video recordings for us to go back and watch later, and even offered drone footage of any house we were interested The best part is that he is completely 100% HONEST! Craig always told us everything, even if it was something we might not want to hear about a house we were really liking, because I believe he cares about our best interest and not just getting a quick sale.
