You can set up your own searches and commutes, but we're glad to do this for you! When you signed up, you were sent an onboarding email. If you don't find it, shoot us a message in the RealScout platform telling us your price range, needs (number of beds, baths), wants (a stone fireplace but not a need for example), areas you want to live in, schools - if you want to be near shopping, commutes, and we'll set it all up for you.

We’re working to make real estate an experience people will actually love, and providing value added tools is one of many ways we’re working towards that goal.

Even if you already have an agent, it’s not your fault they gave you lousy MLS searches and left you to find your own house. It’s our pleasure to hopefully help make that easier for you. ***However, if you are currently in a buyer’s agency agreement, you should direct all questions and property tour requests to your agent. We legally cannot help you no matter how much we may want to. Should that change, then we'd love to give you our full service treatment.

Yes - and you can download the RealScout app from your app store. However, we recommend using the web version for the following reasons:
Rating neighborhood & home features is not currently in app - which is one of the best parts of the platform.
All the app features are in the mobile web and desktop web versions.

Where the app is useful: You'll get push notificaitons if a home like have marked as interested price drops, comes back on market, or responses to messages.

Click "Interested" and it will save to your list. Click dislike to remove it.

Yes! If a price drops, a home goes contingent, comes back on market, etc. you'll get alerts.

Message or email us and we'll add them for you for any neighborhoods you like or entire regions.

Yes. The search on our website is a different platform and while we like it, it does not provide the same features and benefits of our private home search platform., and people love it.

Yes. You can reply to any search alert email or just email us directly at [email protected] with what you want changed, and we'll get it updated. Give us up to a day to get the edits made because our staff is typically out with clients in the field showing homes and not at a desk all day . You can also modify all your search criteria on the website or app on your own, but any custom searches we have set up for you, we'll gladly edit.

It is. We don't monetize your data or sell it to a third party, and it's kept 100% private and secure. We'll use your search activity to collaborate on your home search with you, but only our team can see any of your search activity. We do this to be helpful, not creepy. For example, if we notice that you've looked at the same home nine times while doom scrolling at 3 in the morning, we might reach out to see if you have questions or want to set up a tour of the property. That's the extent of what we're going to do with your data. Then, within the platform, if you mark a home as interested, the system will alert you anytime there's an activity change on that listing, such as going contingent, having a price reduction, or coming back on the market after going contingent.
